For those of you who haven't heard of Infinitus, it is a Harry Potter convention/conference happening this July in Orlando. There'll be events, quidditch, but more pertaining to me, a Harry Potter Musical. It is called "The Final Battle" and it is based around the last Harry Potter book. I was lucky enough to stumble across this just in time, and sent my audition in on the second to last day. I was contacted a few days later, telling me that I had been called back for FOUR PARTS!!! And not just any parts, I was called back for HARRY POTTER!!!!! I was also called back for Ron Weasley, Neville Longbottom, and Percey Weasley, all characters that had solos in the show. BUT I WANT TO BE HARRY!!!! It would be like a dream come true to play Harry in this musical and I'm devoting all my current energy to this (And school, of course) Now I have to learn dance routines, monologues, and songs for each of the characters I was called back for. It honestly feels great to be back doing a performance. With college starting, I didn't really have the chance to do any shows, now I do, and I am loving it!!! Wish me luck, and hopefully You'll be able to see me playing Harry Potter soon! XD

Man, as I reflect on this past year, I have come to the realization that I have a WHOLE lot to be thankful for. I'm almost done at FCCJ, which means I'll be able to transfer to any college I want to (As my grades are SOOOOO much better than they were when I was in high school). I've had the good fortune to travel to many places this past year, mostly throughout Florida, but I got to go to Detroit, Michigan to go to a convention. I'm like, a hard-core con goer now XD My family is, for the most part, happy and healthy. But I think the thing that makes me the happiest and most thankful are my friends, and the friends that I have made this year. Never have I felt more accepted than when I'm with these people. So I just want to say thank you to the friends that I have been thankful enough to keep, whom I love dearly (Amanda and Tony, Lynn and Erica), to the friends that, when I had been abandoned, I was lucky enough to meet and get to know and to hopefully spend more time with (Sarah, Alex, Jak, and Mana), and the two people who really inspire me to better myself at cosplay, who I'm really happy to call friends. Shannon and Julie. Not only are you two of the craziest people I've ever met, you're also awesome people. I hope to get to spend more time with you guys soon.

UPDATE FROM THE SHONEN JUMP CHAMPIONSHIP IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA: THOMAS... gets his ass handed to him XD  Honestly, I don't know what chance I had against people who probably spent $1000 on their deck, when I haven't bought any trading cards in years. Out of 10 duels, I won three. Which is a whole lot more than I thought I would XD Oh well, it was a good excuse to go down to Orlando to hang out with Shannon and Sarah. Shannon, her brother, and I went to Halloween Horror Nights, where we made her brother stand in front of us and keep us safe I screamed the loudest which I take great pride in EXP Con is 6DAYS AWAY!!!!  I'm happy to see everyone again XD Sadly I won't be cosplaying Grandpa Muto this time, as I can't find a good wig anywhere, but I'm pulling out not one, but two! more new Yu-Gi-Oh! cosplays. I love the minor characters of Yu-Gi-Oh! and that will be seen with my new costume. A hint at one of them is that I will be wanting to take a lot of pictures with Kaiba and the hint for the other ones is a game I like to call DDR I will also be bringing my Bandit Keith costume just in case XD Everyone at EXP con needs to attend the Fairytale theater at 8:00 on Saturday to come see me perform! Can't wait to see everyone!!!

With three conventions coming up in the next couple of months, I'm trying to finish up all my new cosplays. Which is quite a daunting task right now. I have a total of three weeks til EXP con, and I'm working on like, 5 different cosplays at once. I won't be wearing all 5 cosplays, but I'm working on them. For anyone who cares, I will be competeing in the Shonen Jump Yu-Gi-Oh! card game championship in Orlando, Florida this coming weekend!! So wish me luck, as I go up against children half my age who are probably a lot better than me, and have all the recent cards. The cool thing is that I will be dressed up as Bandit Keith, so that'll be a blast. EXP Con!!!!!!!!!! I will be performing in Animebelle's Fairytale theater, so you should all come see that! I will also be competeing in The Con Ends with you, which I intend to win I will also be taking a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh pictures there, with many a cosplayer and even more than EXP Con, Youmacon is in almost a month!!!!!!!
